Posted On: 06/05/2026 This business has great customer service and treated my 10 year old son (the patient) and myself with respect. My son and I are happy with his teeth cleaning and the overall evaluation of his mouth. My son will be a repeat patient. Thank you! Kinda G website Logo Google Review

Posted On: 03/18/2026 My initial crown filling fell out after two days and now after placement that first crown is wobbly.

The second crown I should be receiving was not a right fit at my initial appointment so I had to reschedule. The day comes and this office canceled my appointment three hours beforehand.

Now calling to get my appointment rescheduled for the third time and no one from “the scheduling department” is picking up. I have to leave a voicemail to receive a response at THEIR earliest convenience not that of the customer paying $3000 in crowns.

How many times can one supposedly professional establishment be so incompetent and negligent.

I’m so genuinely done with this place I wish I never came here!! My life would 10000% be less stressful if I had gone someone else to get the necessary work done.

This place is a must AVOID.

Posted On: 03/17/2026 Don’t waste your time with this place. What is the point of scheduling someone for a time if you’re not gonna honor it. Mind you I came in before everyone than these people decided to call everyone but me. I literally skipped work for this I’m beyond upset but it is what it is. The lack of professionalism is a sign of disrespect if I can show up at the time of my appointment the least they could do is call on me even 30 minutes after. Stephane E website Logo Google Review
Posted On: 03/03/2026 Honestly, this place is not worth it. I’m almost 100% sure it’s just an insurance grab.

I went in for a teeth cleaning, and it lasted maybe two minutes — and that’s me being generous. My teeth didn’t feel clean at all. They scraped for about 30 seconds, barely brushed my teeth, had me rinse with Listerine, and that was the entire visit.

It felt extremely unprofessional. There’s no care, no thoroughness, and no real attention to patients. What made it worse was that my treatment plan was handed to me by the receptionist — no dentist ever came to speak with me.

They constantly call and blow up your phone to get you in the office, but once you’re there, the service feels rushed and careless. I feel like i’ve
been clearly ripped off, and I’m going to contacting my insurance company and 311 needs to step in so others aren’t taken advantage of .

Very disappointing experience.

Posted On: 02/26/2026 I went to this dentist for a cleaning and I definitely wouldn’t recommend. The thirst to make you pay out of pocket when having Medicaid reach to the sky with them. I waited an hour just from them to tell me what problems they can fix if they run my credit. When I came for a cleaning. Then financial assistance said they don’t do cleaning which why are you a dentist if you don’t do cleaning. Don’t go! On top of that I over heard the lady at the front counter say “ someone was coming back to replace a fill in that falling out”… you been warned Michele F website Logo Google Review

Posted On: 11/19/2025 I began visiting this dental office almost two years ago, during my pregnancy, based on a referral from a classmate who spoke highly of their services. After several negative experiences at other dental offices, I was hoping to find a practice that was personable, friendly, and genuinely attentive to patient comfort and concerns.

Initially, my experience here was positive. However, that changed during my appointment on May 12th. As a first-time mother experiencing postpartum challenges, I was already under a great deal of stress and urgently needed a cleaning. I arrived early for my appointment and was brought in for X-rays within a reasonable timeframe. Dr. Epstein reviewed the X-rays with me, discussed treatment options, and informed me that the hygienist would be in shortly.

Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over an hour with no updates. During that time, I saw other patients being attended to while I remained unattended. After approaching the receptionist, the hygienist finally entered the room but did not acknowledge the long delay and appeared visibly irritated. During the cleaning attempt, I was positioned uncomfortably low, and water from the instrument sprayed excessively onto my face and eyes. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I asked for Dr. Epstein.

When Dr. Epstein came in, I explained the situation. He apologized and told me they could not complete my cleaning there but offered their Troy Avenue location. I declined because it is too far and I do not have childcare support. I asked if there was another hygienist at the current location, but he informed me there was not. He apologized again and stated that the cleaning would not be billed to my insurance—only the X-rays.

I later returned for a fillings appointment but was told upon arrival that I would need to wait an hour due to an emergency patient. With an infant at home, I could not wait that long and canceled the appointment.

Months later, when I attempted to have my cleaning done at a different dental office, I discovered that my insurance had been billed for the cleaning I never received. I filed a complaint with my insurer, and they informed me that the office claimed to have no record of agreeing not to submit the charge.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Patients deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect for their time and circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this office.

Posted On: 08/04/2025 UPDATE 👎🏽- so after everything that happened, I naturally filed a complaint with my insurance. That’s when one of the scammers I’m sorry office managers called me, apologizing, and being sympathetic, even offering me to see another dentist that she recommended at a different location. I obliged because I still need the dental work only to find out that this was part of their plan that they knew that I had filed the grievance and put a fake Phone appointment. She called the week later to cancel the appointment because she had”found out “ - and i check my grievance only to find out that she immediately had called my insurance to tell them that she had tried to reach out and schedule an appointment, but did not tell them that she immediately canceled the appointment. Do not go to these people. They are a bunch of scammers any office affiliated with them.

UPDATE -✨ to say that I would give them the benefit of the doubt I was wrong not only were they sending my information to some wrong email. I also had to have healthfirst call them for the fourth time to get it correctly.--and now when it looks like things were finally move along -the root canal and the bridges are now dashed to the side because the insurance has to pay for it -which now they’re telling me the insurance still won’t cover majority of the things that it’s supposed to cover-and suddenly from 10 grand 'we can get your teeth fixed 'To There’s no reason to do such a thing because he finally look at my x rays after 4 weeks ---is very disappointing very frustrating and downright disrespectful. If this dentist had been honest with me from the beginning, then we could’ve avoided all of this you waited three weeks to tell me from the initial visit that you don’t feel like my teeth were saving even though you fed me a pipe of bridges and root canals-you should made the initiative to call your patient the minute that you felt like something had changed not wait until you found out that you weren’t gonna get paid the 10 grand

To say, I was excited because I thought I generally found a dentist that offered sedation and who was patient and willing to help me fix my teeth, and even what i thought was nice receptionists- That also excepted my insurance, Turned out to be such a losing game , I am not surprised by another dentist office that signed up For Medicaid and has decided that Medicaid does not pay them enough and so they need extra money to supplement it, $10,000 and now, instead of this office helping me to submit the paperwork that could possibly help me even with a chance of getting help (even it is rejection )they are choosing to keep my authorizations. This will be the third week that I called them and called my insurance company to be on the phone with them and they refused to send it, keep in mind they first told me around months and my insurance company told me 24 to 48 hours ,I think the worst part is that nearly all the procedures that they want is covered by insurance. I didn’t mind paying out-of-pocket for the sedation. I am currently going back-and-forth with them because This is the second dentist they just want money and they don’t want to take Medicaid-it’s disappointing because Medicaid is an option to most offices. If they don’t like it they don’t have to take it. The truth is it seems like they’re all like this. I would not recommend this place and hope that if they see this message to remove certain insurance that you do not want to work with - Extremely disappointed

Posted On: 01/27/2025 This place has great customer service. However I went to get a procedure done a few days ago paid out of pocket for what they said my insurance didn’t cover. And didn’t get what I was told I was paying for. I paid to get bone graft after a tooth extraction. But instead doc just put a gauze like substance in its place and sent me on my way. How I realized was because me being curious I looked up bone grafts and realized I basically was scammed out of money because nothing remotely resembles the gauze like thing that was put in my mouth. Posted On: 01/23/2025 A whole new year. I hope the new person with the position did not take my emotional status the wrong way. The service was good but I had a bad feeling about the dental hygienist and I think that’s what led to me leaving while waiting for this person to clean someone else teeth. It’s still a good place to go but you young ones, always remember patient care is key. We are in a world where people have phds and they are going back to school to get into your field and are worried if it’s worth the time and money. Be patient with everyone, everyone has a story and you never know what they are going through in life. You can also take the initiative to comeback and see if they are ready, don’t give too much time especially when it's the end of the day of your work hours. Kei M website Logo Google Review
